Information about your current location and your photos (if you allow these services to be enabled).

When you disclose personal information on publicly viewable pages on Chember, we may also retain that data.

We may collect your data by requesting it ( names, usernames, email addresses) and by collecting it automatically ( device, usage, and location data). We automatically collect information from your browser and device when you visit our services. This information could include your IP address, device ID and type, your browser type and language, the operating system used by your device, access times, and your mobile device’s geographic location.

Cookies are used to authenticate users, identify popularity, evaluate performance, rate attendance, and website trends. When you visit our service, we may assign your device one or more cookies to facilitate access to our service and to personalize your experience.

We request access to location services to help you find the courts and players nearby, and we demand permission to access photos so that you will be able to share your memories with other Chember users by posting photographs on the app.

Mobile Device IDs. To store your preferences and track your use of our app, we use Mobile Device IDs. Ad companies may use device IDs or Advertising IDs to track your use of the app, track the number of ads displayed, measure ad performance and display ads that are more relevant to you. Analytics companies may use device IDs to track information about app usage.

Information collected by third-parties for advertising purposes. We may allow service providers, advertising companies, and other third parties to display advertisements on our service. These companies may use tracking technologies. We do not provide any non-anonymized personal information to the third parties.

Information about Job applicants. If your personal information is submitted on our website when applying for a position with our company, the information will be used only for considering your application.

Information Shared with Other Users. When you sign up for Chember, your Chember profile will be viewable by other users, as well as the comments that you post.

Accessing. You can request a full documentation of your collected personal information by sending an email to info@chember.co that indicates your demand.

Editing. If you have a Chember account, you have the ability to review and update your personal information within the application on the profile page.

Deleting. If you're using our app, we use mobile device IDs or Advertising IDs instead of cookies, to recognize you. Unlike cookies, device IDs cannot be deleted, but Advertising IDs can be reset in “Settings” on your iPhone.Our Service may also deliver notifications to your phone or mobile device. You can disable these notifications by going into “App Settings” on the app or by changing the settings on your mobile device. You can also control information collected by cookies. You can delete or decline cookies by changing your browser settings. You have the right to refuse or withdraw consent to collection of your personal information. You can opt-out by sending an email to info@chember.co that indicates your demand.

Personal information that we process for any purpose, is not kept for longer than it is necessary.

International Data Transfers. Information that we collect may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which we operate in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this policy.

Although we take reasonable steps to secure your information, we can not guarantee that your personal information, chats, or other communications will always remain secure. Chember uses Google AdMob to serve ads to users of our mobile application. AdMob is a mobile advertising platform provided by Google LLC, which uses cookies and tracking technologies to serve ads and collect data on user interactions with those ads.

This data may include information such as device type, device identifier, IP address, and information about the ads displayed and user interactions with them. This information is collected and used in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Users may opt out of interest-based advertising on mobile applications by visiting the Google Ads Settings page, or by visiting the AppChoices app or by resetting the Advertising Identifier in settings on your device.

Please note that opting out of interest-based advertising does not mean that you will no longer receive advertising. You will continue to receive ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests.

The Coach feature on our app utilizes AI to provide training programs. It's important to note that these programs are designed for general guidance and may not be suitable for everyone.

Individual Responsibility: Users are advised to consult with their doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new training program, as the programs provided by the Coach feature might relate to physical exertion and could impact pre-existing health conditions.

Use at Your Own Risk: Users acknowledge that engaging in any physical activity carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. Therefore, users should use the Coach feature at their own risk and discretion.

No Medical Advice: The Coach feature is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not intended to provide personalized medical guidance, and users should not rely on it as such.
